Seyruun is landlocked?

I was doing some research at KanzakaDex and their Slayers area map has Seyruun landlocked. I don't see how that can be if Seyruun has a navy in both Try and Revolution.

The Seyruun write-up mentions an erroneous map that showed Seyruun with a coastline.

Well, it's also been mentioned that Saillune is the chief power on the continent, and that it has attempted to maintain alliances with all its neighbors. Since the fleet was part of a diplomatic mission, I'm sure it was a coalition fleet.

Also, if there is a large enough river or canal leading to the sea, an inland country could maintain some sort of fleet, if only for trading, through it.

It also might be that Seyruun is leasing a coastal port "use" fron a neighbor or that it at one time had territory on the coast now part of another country but still retains posession.

There are alot of possible answers..

A lot of people nowadays will store a fancy boat at a marine and live many miles from the shore. I imagine a fleet could be stored at a coastal state. Plus, embassies around the world are considered to be part of the country they represent, even though they are in another country, maybe Seirune owns a small port some where?
